B | 　　一是实施集群提能工程。强化“全国再生铜原料集散中心、全国领先的铜基新材料科技创新与成果转化中心、全国重要的铜基新材料生产应用高地”三大战略支撑，着力塑造集群新优势、培育发展新动能、锻造智造新能力、营造产业新生态、提升治理新水平，力争铜产品产量稳定在1000万吨左右，铜基新材料产品产量占比提升至60％，加快向世界级先进制造业集群迈进。　　二是实施新兴赛道拓展工程。在巩固铜产业主导优势的基础上，推动电子信息（物联网）、高端装备、智能眼镜等特色产业集群成链，培育一批百亿级增长板块。同时紧扣新质生产力发展方向，推动铜基新材料与AI算力、5G／6G基站、人形机器人等前沿领域深度融合，在17个细分赛道精准布局、抢占先机。

C | 　　三是实施创新驱动工程。以“世界铜都创新谷”为主阵地，构建“研发—中试—转化”全链条创新通道，强化企业创新主体地位，集中力量攻克3微米以下超薄铜箔、高强高导铜合金、铜基复合材料等一批关键核心技术，培育更多细分领域的“隐形冠军”，真正让科技创新成为产业升级的核心引擎。　　四是实施数智深化工程。统筹推进企业智改、链式协同、集群升级等六大行动，推动智能化改造从企业单点突破向产业链全链条覆盖升级。重点布局工业大模型在质量检测、工艺优化、能耗管控等场景的深度应用，以数字技术为传统产业赋能增效，让“智造”成为鹰潭工业的鲜明标识。　　五是实施生态提质工程。
